Matt is the founder and CEO of Sales Plus Profit, a successful enterprise that helps businesses achieve their aspirational objectives and fulfil their true potential by implementing his Sustainable Sales System©.
Matt has over 25 years’ experience in sales. Starting as a commission only trainee, he quickly established himself as a sales person of outstanding natural ability. When the company he worked for was looking to sell part of its operation, Matt saw the potential, seized the opportunity and took the risk of re-mortgaging his house to acquire it. The business thrived under his leadership, significantly increasing its profitability and margins. Always looking for ways to grow and improve, Matt went on to build and sell two thriving businesses.
Matt formed Sales Plus Profit as a result of former clients seeking him out to help with their sales challenges. He saw it as the perfect solution to use his experience, his passion for sales and his hands-on approach to assist business owners, MDs, CEOs, Financial Directors and Sales Leaders with the sales challenges they might be facing. His proven methodology is used to implement his Sustainable Sales System that can overcome any of the obstacles preventing growth, optimisation and profitability. As the business has grown, he has built the Sales Plus Profit community of accredited associates and partners who share his zest for business and bring a wealth of additional experience to his team.
Never one to slack off, even in his off-duty hours, Matt regularly takes on extreme sporting challenges. He has finished a number of endurance events from triathlon to Ironman and last year successfully completed a Channel Swim. A keen Rugby fan, he is a board member of the local Rugby Club and can be found every weekend passing on his love of the game as an accredited RFU Level 2 rugby coach.
