The Team

Kimberly Mueller

Regional Sales Director

The Sales Plus Profit community includes some of the world’s foremost sales leaders. But few started in primary school. Kimberly Mueller started her own company making home décor items at age 7. As chief (and only) salesperson, she pedaled her wares from door-to-door. This foray into the business world was just the first step. Today, Kimberly is a dynamic executive who leverages her innate love of sales, keen understanding of people and abundant energy to deliver exceptional results.

A natural leader, Kimberly combines high-level strategic vision with on-the-ground experience. From cold calling and knocking on doors to aligning sales and marketing functions and developing international markets, she has, literally, done it all. Her business acumen is complemented by an unfailing ability to motivate teams, communicate effectively and forge positive relationships at all levels.

In 2014, Kimberly’s entrepreneurial spirit shone through yet again: she established KimberlyMuellerConsulting now d/b/a Regenmacher Elfen Ltd. from a London-based office. The firm specialises in sales and marketing strategy, and execution, data-driven decision-making, change facilitation and other critical functions. The consultancy was instrumental in the rollout of MOBTAR’s award-winning MobOpinions app (*Voted Top In Class 2014 European Start-up [Q-XT (MOBTAR Trading Name)]) with Kimberly reporting directly to the CEO on key strategic issues to help rev MOBTAR’s growth engines.

For all of her clients, Kimberly is passionate about “improving sales and marketing operations so that you don't have to.” Among her many other career highlights:

  • Directing marketing and sales initiatives for US Senate Federal Credit Union, resulting in 60% organisational growth.
  • Increasing US Senate Federal Credit Union’s industry ranking and service satisfaction to 92% and exceeding loan growth and Return on Asset (RoA) goals annually.

  • Earning the “President’s Club” distinction while with Genicom for “overachievement of annual goals” in excess of 115%, as well as earning readership and creative advertising awards.

Throughout her career, Kimberly has been recruited by companies on the verge of growth, those navigating uncertain territory and those wanting to break through to higher levels of performance. Sales Plus Profit clients can leverage her expertise and enthusiasm to achieve their own ambitious goals – on their own terms.

When she’s not working: Kimberly applies the same boundless energy and passion to her leisure pursuits. She is a dedicated distance and obstacle course race runner, downhill skier, multi-certified advanced SCUBA diver, former semi-pro fitness competitor and weight-loss/maintenance coach. But she’s not done yet: she is also a devoted mother, wife and volunteer. Kimberly likes to say that “Time is constant; you have to maximize it with strong leadership.” She proves it in both her personal and professional lives.
